A full refund will be given within 30 days of purchase and/or upon receiving item for bowties only. If item is shipped, customer will have to pay for return shipping and handling.

Tapestries are all sales final.

Exchanges

If there is any damage to item or item is in need of repairs, I am happy to work with you on how to preserve item for longevity. If item was shipped to you, customer will have to pay for shipping and handling on item to be repaired.
